• Every build project is unique. RCI Design & Build will provide an estimate in line with your budget. Upon agreement in principle, the next stage would include provision of a detailed quotation and time line. Terms and Conditions will be supplied in addition to the outline quote.
• Services include provision of technical/CAD drawings, relevant Building Regulation documentation, structural work, electrics, plumbing, plastering, carpentry, joinery, painting, tiling and all decoration work.
• Project management service available enabling clients to continue with their full time commitments.
• Established partnerships with local building companies providing NHBC for New Builds.
